As a practice we provide taxation advisory
services, specialising
in the comprehensive service of foreign
investors, mainly German, conducting business in Poland. Because
of the growth of the Polish capital market and European
integration, more and more Polish firms wishing to invest abroad
use our services. Over the years we have acquired
knowledge and experience, which enable us to accurately evaluate
the most important problems, when advising investors entering
the new market. In our practice
the greatest importance is
attached to integrity, openness, industriousness and
responsibility; relationships with clients are built with total
transparency and partnership. We assure our
clients a complete service including both advice during the
planning stages and choice of the best financial solutions
adapted to the needs and means of clients, and current financial
services. We provide a wide range of taxation, economic,
financial advisory and accountancy services.
One of the principal problems of investors is the
lack of a complete legal, taxation, accountancy and financial
service in foreign languages in Poland; therefore we endeavour
to satisfy the expectations
of clients. Bearing in mind the
developing situation in a continually changing market, we have
decided to create a new combined services basis for our practice,
in order that clients might benefit from comprehensive advice in
the broad sphere of taxation and finance, both in Germany as in
Poland. We invite the cooperation of other practices, similarly
engaged, with which we have drawn up earlier projects for our
clients. Currently noticing ever more expansion
by investors
into eastern markets, we have accepted the challenge
of making
contacts with credible practices in Russia, Ukraine
and Belarus,
in order to ease the transfer of capital in these countries. We
also provide such services to eastern firms entering the markets
of Central and Western Europe. Multinational
enterprises now dedicate great attention to the taxation aspect
of settling accounts with associated entities.
From the 1st of
January 2006 the regulations of the Fiscal Code apply,
introducing binding Advanced Pricing Agreements - APA. Even
though this fiscal instrument has only operated briefly in
Poland,
we have experience in the coordination of the process
and reaching prior price agreement with the Ministry of Finance,
in the name of the client. Gaining acceptance of the settlements
between associated entities, the taxpayer may be certain that
the transfer prices
in transactions included in the agreement
shall not be questioned
in the future by the revenue service in
the event of an inspection. As a practice we are
members of the Polish-German Chamber
of Industry and Commerce,
the largest and most progressive of such organisations operating
in Poland and Germany. Membership of this Chamber of Commerce
enables cooperation and support for firms
in their commercial
operations in the markets of either country. |
